Gyan Sarovar Senior Secondary School is a Hindi-medium school in Gayatri Nagar, Atru, serving children from L.K.G. to Class XII across Baran district.

Our story
A school named for a lake.
In Atru, the school day begins in an open courtyard — with a flag, a few announcements and the sound of children settling into class. Gyan Sarovar is the kind of school where teachers know every child's name.
The name means a lake of knowledge. It is a reminder that learning should be deep, patient and replenishing — not a race.
We teach in Hindi, the language in which our children think and dream. English is taught as a language from the early years, so that a child can step confidently into the wider world without leaving their own roots behind.
From L.K.G. to Class XII, our classrooms are on one campus. At the senior secondary level, we offer the arts — humanities and languages for students who want to read widely and think for themselves.
